Swedish Massage

A gentle, flowing massage designed to evoke the serenity of a clear sky. Using long, rhythmic strokes and light-to-medium pressure, this service increases oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins, leaving you in a state of pure, weightless relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage

A therapeutic upgrade to the traditional hot stone massage. We use hand-carved salt stones that contain 84 essential minerals to lightly exfoliate the skin and emit negative ions, helping to reduce inflammation while the heat relaxes the muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

A more intensive treatment focused on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. By using slow, deliberate friction, our therapists target chronic aches, stiff necks, and tightness in the lower back caused by repetitive strain or posture.

Couples Massage

This service combines the power of touch with the healing properties of essential oils. You can choose from our “Colour Blends”—ranging from energizing citrus to calming lavender—to customize a sensory experience that shifts your mood.

Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage

Perfect for those on a tight schedule, this concentrated session targets the areas where most people carry their daily stress. It provides quick relief from “tech neck” and upper body stiffness in a shorter timeframe.
